This week's 100 Word Challenge prompt is:
…looking down, I was surprised to see… One day, I was at the park. I was walking on the pavement and I fell. I heard someone say hello and waved at me. It was a tortoise. She had an orange shell and it was very shiny. Then, we walked along and she told me one of her funny jokes. I laughed a lot. Then I told her, "Wow you have a talent!" and she said, "Oh well, thank you!" and a few minutes later, she told me, "Oh yes, what's your name?" I said, "Oh my name is Lizbeth, what's yours?" She said, "Oh my name is Abygail" And I said, " That's a lovely name" and she said, "Well, thank you."
On a very sunny day, the annoying Orange was walking down the street while singing, "Who shall we annoy today? Lalalalala!" Then, he saw a small tortoise and waved at him as he said, "Hey, hey you what's your name?" The tortoise said in a deep voice, "Slow Steve." The orange thought it was funny and laughed. They decided they were both funny and annoying, so they made an incorporation called Annoying Bros Inc. and annoyed everyone in town in a witty way until one day, they decided to stick themselves in pavement to annoy the construction builders but they turned into stone and stood side-by-side for eternity.
The funny tortoise fell on his back on the pavement. He said, "Well, that's a big crack!" The rabbits came to help him up. When he got up, he said, "My shell broke!" Then, the mysterious ground hog waved an orange painted hand to them. The ground hog told them that there's a secret wizard that will grant you anything. The tortoise sounded convinced. So he told him where is he? The wizard came and gave him a new shell.
One day, I went walking home on the pavement. I saw a tortoise and he just stared at me. I was smiling. I said, "What are you doing out here?" Then, he saw something orange. He tried to run. I picked him up and he bit me! He was hungry. So I picked up the orange and fed it to him. He bit my finger. I cried, "That one hurt!"
So he kept on going. He led me to a pond. I let him swim. He said, "Splash!" he smiled. He waved bye, but he said never mind. I laughed, he was funny. Then, he saw a green shell hoping to find his family. I said, "I'm your family, your only one." Then, we saw something green walking slow to us. It was his parents. He cried. I said, "Go!" He waved goodbye. I went to a circus. It was called "Comedy Circus." It was a descent size circus tent. I sat in my seat to watch the funny show. First, they started off with throwing pies at everyone. I ate the pie off my face and I thought to myself, "Mmm, this is yummy." An orange clown came out, waved hello, and said, "Did everyone enjoy the pie?" I laughed a little. Then, a tortoise comes out and walks onto the pavement and in a flash of an eye, it disappeared, then reappeared in a cage. Then, the tortoise said, "I thought the State of Liberty meant freedom for everyone? This is not fair." Everyone laughed.
Tourists were on the safari learning about cheetahs. The tourists loved the cheetah's pattern and ability to run so fast. When they got a drink of water, they see cheetahs on top of the opened van. The tourists started to take pictures of the close-up cheetahs. The cheetahs climbed down the van when they see s heard of gazelles. While the cheetahs chased the gazelles, the tourists got to see the amazing ability of the cheetahs. All of the tourists said at the same time, "I'll never forget this day."
"Jake," the girl said, "look at the size of that tiger! It is the biggest yet." Jake said, "Don't play with those are tiger." The car start driving. The girl fell out. Jake kept driving. The tiger runs after her. The girl runs and runs. The lion got closer she looked around on the ground was a big crate, so she gets into the crate. The lion stops running. He slept on the crate. The girl was worn out, she was nervous.
The next evening, she had a sharp piece of steel. She did not know what to do. She had two ideas: one of them was to kill the tiger or just stay here. She grabs the piece of steel and puts it in the tiger. The tiger died. The body was heavy. She pushed and pushed and then it moved. She was free. Then another tiger came and ended her life. My family and I were going on a vacation for the summer. We where going to Africa. We were very excited to go on our very first vacation.
"Ohhhhh, no," my dad said, "we ran out of fuel!" We were worried and mad, because my mom said first go to the gas station but he said, "Nooo, I know when we will run out of gas." We were worried because we didn't have good water left. Then, I told my mom that we had food in the back of the truck. We were so happy. Then I woke up and there were cheetahs on the top! Ahhhhh! |
