One day, I went walking home on the pavement. I saw a tortoise and he just stared at me. I was smiling. I said, "What are you doing out here?" Then, he saw something orange. He tried to run. I picked him up and he bit me! He was hungry. So I picked up the orange and fed it to him. He bit my finger. I cried, "That one hurt!"
So he kept on going. He led me to a pond. I let him swim. He said, "Splash!" he smiled. He waved bye, but he said never mind. I laughed, he was funny. Then, he saw a green shell hoping to find his family. I said, "I'm your family, your only one." Then, we saw something green walking slow to us. It was his parents. He cried. I said, "Go!" He waved goodbye.
